Travertino Romano

Travertino Romano OIKOS is a unique micro-concrete-like coating that combines the timeless beauty of natural stone, the tradition of ancient architecture and today's ecological innovations. It is manufactured using quarry waste and lime-based binders, creating a uniform, easy-to-apply mixture that imitates the natural structure and visual appearance of travertine stone. This creamy, nature-inspired coating offers a deep texture and structure that brings wall surfaces to life with a play of light and shadow. Each application technique and each drawn trowel stroke produces a unique surface that resembles the handwriting of ancient Roman masters.

The timeless charm and functional properties of travertine

  • Authentic stone effect made from natural materials. Natural texture combining the sophistication of marble with the durability of stone. High breathability.
  • Promotes the natural removal of moisture from structures, prevents the formation of mold and bacteria.
  • An ecological choice. Made from recycled materials, formaldehyde-free, meets the Ministry of the Environment's CAP requirements and is EPD III certified.
  • Non-flammable and odorless. Completely safe for indoor use, even in sensitive areas.
  • Versatile effects and results. Suitable for classic, modern and rustic interiors.
  • Application techniques – a personal surface for every space

Travertino Romano can be used to create a variety of surfaces and styles:

  • Monolithic stone wall. A uniform, dramatic and strong look
  • Cracks in old stone. Patinated, historical look
  • Antique granite. Polished, slightly lively surface
  • Opal or grout effect. Sculptural and structured finish
  • Brick-like blocks. Classic and precious stone-like texture

Using various tools such as steel trowels, brushes or special brushes, unique, hand-made patterns can be created on the surface, making every wall a unique work of art.
