Terms of delivery:
The products in the online store are sold by Deco Paint Finland Oy 3367753-6. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are mainly ordered online at www.decopaint.fi via the shopping cart. Currently, we only ship Oikos products within Finland.
All orders are confirmed by email, which indicates the order price, shipping costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order.
Payment methods
Payment methods include bank transfer, cash on delivery, and online and card payments. Products paid for by bank transfer will be shipped after the payment has been credited to our account.

Delivery methods
The delivery methods are post, matkahuolto or pick-up from Kaarina. The goods are mainly delivered in a package, but small goods (e.g. loose/transfer gold, brushes, etc.) can be delivered by letter.
Delivery time
We post ordered products every weekday. Depending on your bank connections, it takes 1-3 business days from the payment of the purchase price. If the product is not in stock, the delivery time can be from two to four weeks, but in such cases we will inform the customer of the situation immediately.

Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package or letter and the delivery method. Delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart after you have selected the delivery method. Cancellation and right of return
The customer has the right to return the product they ordered within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and free of defects. The customer will not be charged return costs if the product can be returned normally, e.g. by post. In the case of returns requiring special transport, the costs will be agreed on a case-by-case basis. Return shipments must be marked “Customer Return” and the return address must be Deco Paint Finland Oy, Asessorinkatu 12, 20780 Kaarina.
