Tintable quartz adhesion primer Blankor

Blankor OIKOS is an acrylic-based, pigmented and vapor-permeable primer designed for the protective and leveling treatment of exterior walls before the finishing coat. The product combines the adhesion power of acrylic resins with the coverage of titanium dioxide fillers, making it an ideal base for a wide range of wall surfaces, especially uneven, old, alkaline or highly porous substrates. Blankor's unique composition penetrates deep into the pores of the substrate, strengthening and consolidating the surface. It evens out the substrate's absorbency, which allows for a more even application of finishing products and reduces their consumption, thus also bringing economic benefits. The product can be tinted in over 600 UV-resistant colors, making it visually versatile and aesthetically manageable.

Applications and application instructions:

Blankor is ideal for interior and exterior surfaces, including:

• Alkaline surfaces (e.g. lime cement)
• Civil mortars and plasters
• Old, chalky or worn wall surfaces
• Rough and highly porous substrates

Application method:

• Clean the surface thoroughly loose material, dust, soot residue and grease.
• New renders must be completely dry before treatment.
• Apply one coat of Blankor primer, diluted 50–80% with water, using a brush, roller or sprayer (1.7 mm nozzle).
• Allow to dry for approx. 6 hours before applying the finishing product.

• Coverage: 14–18 m²/l depending on the absorbency of the substrate
• Dilution: 50-80% pure water
• Drying time: Touch dry: 2 hours. Fully dry: 6–8 hours
• Cleaning: Tools should be washed with water immediately after use
• Colors: White + shades in the OIKOS tinting system
• VOC: Very low
