Biamax
Biamax OIKOS is a high-quality, breathable and decorative water-dispersion paint, which belongs to the group of premium Italian interior materials. It is specially designed for interior walls, offering a unique combination of aesthetics, durability and breathability. The paint's composition based on acrylic resins and special fillers, such as fine sand, make it an ideal choice for both modern and traditional interiors.
BIAMAX – a stylish, durable and ecological choice
- A wide range of colors. Over 2500 different shades that perfectly match different interior styles. Particularly popular are matte shades resembling a sand surface, which bring elegant depth to the space.
- Perfect for creating an antique effect. Excellent for creating aged wall surfaces. Easy to apply and allows you to create personalized effect walls without the risk of mistakes.
- Breathable and moisture-regulating. Biamax does not seal the wall surface, but allows air circulation and natural evaporation of moisture, which prevents the accumulation of mold and moisture. This makes the paint an ideal choice for bedrooms, children's rooms and living rooms.
- High abrasion resistance. Biamax is highly resistant to mechanical wear, making it suitable for children's rooms, hallways, lobbies and other spaces where walls are exposed to contact and dirt.
- Ecological and safe. The paint does not contain heavy metals, toxic substances or compounds harmful to health, making it ideal for homes where safety and healthy indoor air are valued.
Instructions for use and application techniques
Biamax is a versatile paint that is suitable for a wide range of interior styles and painting techniques.
Traditional application
- Prepare the wall surface by removing dust, loose particles and applying a suitable primer.
- The paint can be applied directly with a brush or roller in one or more layers depending on the desired coverage.
Antique effect & aged look
- Add 10-15% water to achieve the optimal consistency.
- Apply the first coat in crisscross strokes to create a natural texture on the surface.
Sand effect paint
- Apply the first coat and let it dry for at least 7 hours.
- After applying the second coat, before it dries, smooth the surface with a circular motion and finish with a plastic trowel.
