Wallsatin
Wallsatin OIKOS is a premium paint that combines durability, easy maintenance and environmental friendliness. Its velvety, eggshell-like surface makes it ideal for high-traffic areas where walls are exposed to dirt, wear and tear and frequent cleaning. The completely formaldehyde-free formula ensures that Wallsatin is safe for all interior spaces, such as apartments, hotels, offices and public spaces. It offers perfect coverage, a stunning white tone and excellent wash resistance, ensuring the longevity of the walls and easy maintenance.
Features and benefits
- Perfect coverage and a durable satin-like surface. Gives walls a smooth and elegant finish that is resistant to dirt, scratches and moisture.
- Excellent wash resistance. Withstands daily cleaning without color fading. Certified class 1 wash resistance (UNI EN ISO 11998:2006).
- Eco-friendly and safe. Contains no formaldehyde, heavy metals or toxic solvents, making it safe for residential and public spaces.
- Breathable and moisture resistant. Prevents moisture build-up and helps maintain healthy indoor air.
- Ready-to-use formulation. No dilution required, but can be diluted with max. 5% water if necessary to facilitate application.
- Ideal for spray painting. Allows for quick and seamless application, eliminating roller or brush marks.
Application and instructions
- Surface preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry and dust-free.
If the surface is porous or crumbly, we recommend using Oikos primer (NEOFIX, CRILUX or IL PIGMENTATO). - Painting:
Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
Apply 2 coats with a brush, by roller or spray.
Drying time between coats 4-6 hours. - Drying time:
Dry to the touch in approximately 1–2 hours (+20°C and 75% humidity).
Completely dried and strengthened in about 4 days, but washable only after 7 days.
