Matte agent Opac

Opac OIKOS is a multi-purpose matting additive that allows you to adjust the mattness of the paint surface without affecting the depth or durability of the color. The product is mixed directly into the base coat and can be used to create various visual effects, such as a softer and warmer look on walls, making it an ideal choice for decorative and interior painting. Opac is an odorless, non-toxic and environmentally friendly water-based additive that does not contain harmful solvents or heavy metals. It has been specially developed for use with MULTIDECOR Epaints, but can also be used with other acrylic paints when a less glossy finish is desired.

Instructions for use

• Mixing
  Add Opac directly to the base coat before application.
  Start with a small amount and add as needed until desired mattness is achieved.
• Application
  Apply paint as normal with a brush, roller or sprayer.
  Allow to dry completely before applying the next coat if applying multiple coats.
• Recommended mixing ratios
  Light matt finish: 5-10% OPAC additive
  Full matt finish: 15-20% OPAC additive
