Siloxane Mineral Paint Decorsil Roma

Decorsil Roma OIKOS is a high-quality, water-borne, siloxane resin-based, matt mineral paint, specially developed for the protection and decoration of exterior walls. It combines breathability and water repellency with an exceptionally durable surface that protects the structure from moisture, weather conditions and air pollution. The product is specially designed for finishing valuable buildings, historical sites and demanding surfaces.

Primer work:

• The substrate must be completely dry and cured; new plaster must be at least 30 days old.
• Remove loose material and clean the surface.
• Repair any moisture damage and allow to dry completely.
• Apply one coat as a primer DECORSIL PRIMER or DECORSIL PRIMER PIGMENTATO OIKOSilta.
• Let dry for at least 12 hours before coating.

Application and technical data:

• The product is diluted 15–20% with water before application.
• Apply 2 coats of Decorsil Roma with a brush or roller.
• Wait 6 hours between coats, touch dry approx. 2 hours
• For additional protection against mold and algae, a disinfectant additive can be added SterylPlus.
• Composition: Siloxane resin in water dispersion
• Colour: Tintable according to OIKOS colour charts
• Coverage: approx. 8–10 m²/l per coat
• Tools: Brush or roller
• Cleaning: With water after use after

Safety and environment:

The product does not contain heavy metals, harmful solvents or formaldehydes. It is not flammable and does not pose a hazard when used technically correctly. The product is handled with normal precautions for water-based paints. Waste and possible spills should be removed with absorbent materials and disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
