Interior paint 305 BioLavabile

305 BioLavabile OIKOS is an ecological, formaldehyde-free, bio-paint for interior use, which offers excellent washability (class 2) and high breathability. This makes it the perfect solution for damp or easily soiled areas in the home, such as bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and staircases, but it is also excellent for living rooms and bedrooms where durability and hygiene are required. The paint forms a pleasant matte finish that is soft to the touch and aesthetically pleasing. Its formula, based on water-based acrylic resins, allows for strong adhesion to both new and previously painted surfaces, even those with strong shades. Especially when applied by spraying, 305 BioLavabile offers fast and efficient application, which keeps working time and costs under control.

Technical performance:

• Coverage: New plaster: 14–16 m²/l/layer
• Plaster: 18–22 m²/l/layer
• Dark shades: 16–18 m²/l
• Thinning: 50–70% with potable water
• Drying time: dust dry 1–1.5 h, fully dry in 4 days
• Application: brush, roller or spray (1.7 mm nozzle)

Surface preparation

• Clean surfaces thoroughly, remove all loose parts.
• For very porous or fragile surfaces, we recommend 240 BioFissativo Universal Primer.
• For a more opaque finish, first use 210 BioFondo Coprente -primer.
• Let the primers dry for at least 6 hours before painting.

Ecology and safety

305 BioLavabile does not contain heavy metals such as lead or chromium. It does not contain toxic solvents or aromatics. The product is not flammable and does not cause dangerous polymerization. Store away from freezing and heat, use only clean drinking water for dilution.
