240 Fissativo Universale
240 Biofissativo Universale is a specially formulated, translucent acrylic-based primer for interior walls. It is designed to strengthen porous, fragile and weathered substrates before finishing paints, improving the structure of the wall surface and unifying its absorbency. The product penetrates deeply into the surface, even on highly absorbent plasters, and ensures uniform adhesion to the final coatings. This reduces the consumption of topcoats and makes the final result more durable and uniform. Suitable for use on plaster and lime surfaces, old painted surfaces, clay areas and new interior plasters. Biofissativo Universale is odourless, non-toxic, non-flammable and completely formaldehyde-free. It is classified in emission class A+ and meets the highest standards for healthy indoor air.

Applications: Suitable for priming interior walls before water-based paints paints. Ideal for:
For alkaline surfaces:
- For new plaster and render walls
- For old or lime-containing surfaces
- For fragile and highly absorbent wall surfaces
Application instructions:
- Dilution: 1:3 for painted surfaces or dirty walls. 1:5 for normally absorbent surfaces. 1:8 for highly absorbent surfaces
- Application methods: brush, roller or spray
- Drying time before recoating: 6–8 hours. Full drying: 10–12 hours
Technical composition
- Acrylic resins in water dispersion
- VOC content: only 1 g/l (instead of the standard 30 g/l)
Storage and safety
The product does not contain heavy metals, solvents or harmful compounds. Store in a closed container, away from freezing and excessive heat. No special measures are required for transport or disposal, any spillages can be absorbed with sand or other inert material.
