Extrapaint
Extrapaint OIKOS is a premium paint that offers high coverage, excellent wear resistance and deep color saturation. It is designed specifically for interior spaces where wall surfaces are exposed to daily wear and frequent cleaning. The versatile composition of the paint makes it an ideal solution for living rooms, hallways, public spaces and offices in homes.
Features and benefits
- Perfect coverage and color saturation. Extrapaint covers surfaces evenly and allows for the use of intense colors even in one coat.
- Excellent wash resistance. The paint can withstand more than 1000 washes, making it perfect for spaces where wall surfaces require regular cleaning.
- Breathable and moisture-resistant. The water vapor-permeable composition prevents moisture accumulation and ensures healthy breathability of wall structures.
- Water and stain repellency. The protective film formed on the surface prevents the absorption of water, grease and other contaminants, which makes cleaning and maintenance easier.
- Ecological and safe. Does not contain heavy metals or harmful solvents. Thanks to its low VOC content, it is also safe to use in homes, schools and hospitals.
Application and instructions
- Surface preparation
Make sure the surface to be painted is dry, clean and dust-free.
New or highly porous surfaces should be treated with Oikos primer, e.g. Crilux, Neofix, Il Pigmentato, which improves adhesion and prevents excessive absorption. - Painting
Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
Thinning with water depending on application method:
Brush: thin 30–40% with water
Roller: thinning 20–30% with water
Spray: thin 25–30% with water
Apply 1–2 coats to ensure an even finish. - Drying time
Touch dry in approx. 1.5 hours (+20°C and 17% humidity).
Completely dry in approx. 4 days.
