Special primer Aggrappante Ecologico

Aggrapante Ecologico OIKOS is a water-based and ecological special primer, specially developed for non-porous, difficult-to-adhere surfaces. It provides excellent adhesion to galvanized sheet metal, PVC, plastic laminates, aluminum and other smooth substrates for both indoor and outdoor use. Its carefully designed composition ensures long-lasting surface protection and acts as a reliable base for both opaque and decorative topcoats – without formaldehyde or harmful solvents.

Application and instructions

• Surface preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface from dirt, grease and other contaminants. Lightly sand with fine sandpaper, especially on shiny or smooth surfaces.
• Application: Mix thoroughly before use. Apply 1 coat with a brush or roller – if necessary, thin with 5% drinking water. For spray application, thin with 10–15% water, nozzle 1.3–1.7 mm.
• Drying time: Touch dry in approx. 2 hours. Ready for the next coat after 6 hours. Fully dry in 12–14 hours (+20 °C / 75 % RH).

Safety and storage

Aggrappante Ecologico does not contain lead, chromium or other heavy metals. The product does not contain aromatic or chlorinated solvents and does not cause dangerous polymerization. Normal precautions when handling water-based paints are sufficient. Store in a cool and well-closed container. No special conditions for transport are required.
